The Minds Behind EshTech
Erez Riahi, CEO
Erez has a senior background in the defense industry, holding leadership roles in engineering, project management, and business development at companies like Elbit and IAI, where he closed multiple high-value deals in defense and homeland security.
He also contributed to a breakthrough system that received the Israeli National Defense Award. He holds degrees from the Technion, Tel Aviv University (Finance & Accounting), and Bar-Ilan University (Conflict Resolution & Negotiation).
Shmuel Greenstein, Ph.D., CTO
Shmuel has over 20 years of experience developing advanced military laser systems. At Elbit, he led a team of physicists and helped develop the laser for the “Music DIRCM” counter-missile system, as well as another system that won the Israeli National Defense Award. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Bar-Ilan University.
